WHAT ARE YOU CHEWING?

What are you chewing?

Did you know that whenever you eat, your body goes to work to digest what you have eaten?

Did you know that anytime you start to chew – doesn’t matter what you’re chewing – it starts a process of reactions within your body ; stomach, your organs: liver, kidneys, intestines, bowels and your stomach as the body prepares to receive and make use of the nutrients coming through from whatever you’re chewing?

So if you chew junk, sugar, chemicals, your organs would go to work to process them. The byproduct of junk, chemicals, sugar and all may be toxic and the organs have to find a way to manage the toxicity.
If you eat good nutritious food however, the organs work on them and make the nutrients useful to you.
If you keep eating junk and toxic, it’s just a question of when, and not, if, isn’t it?
Your body is only at ease when the body can manage the toxicity.
When the body cannot manage it any longer, the body becomes dis-eased.

So ask yourself,
‘What am I continually chewing?’
‘Would it give me nutrients, vitamins and minerals?’
What am I giving my stomach and my organs to process? Food? Gum? Sugar? Chemicals? Nutrients? Vitamins? Minerals?

Don’t forget that your body doesn’t care if it’s gum or food, it just receives a signal to go to work. So whenever you’re tempted to chew next time, ask yourself ; ‘what will this do to my organs and my body?’
Would it keep me at ease or would it cause disease?

  • Remember, you are what you eat.
